An Asian army comes to rescue
Israel, and the destruction of the Antichrist
God will call a holy army from
Asia that is two-hundred-million troops strong. This army will travel
over land, crossing the Euphrates River, toward Israel. The Euphrates
River starts in Turkey, crosses through modern day Syria, through the middle
of modern day Iraq, and ends in the Persian Gulf. Any army from Asia
would need to cross the Euphrates River to get to Israel. The leader
of this Asian Army is a servant of God, and comes in an attempt to rescue
Israel from the Antichrist.
Who has stirred up one from
the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? .... I, the LORD
-- with the first of them and with the llast -- I am he .... I have stirred
up one from the north, and he comes -- one from the rising sun who calls
on my name. He treads on rulers as if they were mortar, as if he were a
potter treading the clay.
(Isaiah 41:2, 4, 25)
From the east I summon a bird
of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I
have said, that will I bring about; what I have planned, that will I do
.... I will grant salvation to Zion, my splendor to Israel.
(Isaiah 46:11, 13)
But reports from the east and
the north will alarm [the Antichrist]...
(Daniel 11:44)
It said to the sixth angel who
had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river
Euphrates." And the four angels who had been kept ready for this
very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind.
The number of the mounted troops was two hundred million. I heard
their number.
(Revelation 9:14-16)
The sixth angel poured out his
bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare
the way for the kings from the East.
(Revelation 16:12)
I will summon a sword against
Gog [Antichrist] on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD....
(Ezekiel 38:21) |
The Bible does not specifically
say where this holy army will come from. However, the Asian army
will come from the north and the east (Daniel 11:44). The Antichrist
is afraid of a country that is north of him (Daniel 11:44) and Russia is
north of Turkey. Also, there will be more than one country involved
(Revelation 16:12). In 1991, God told me that this army will come
from China and Russia.

In the year 1991 when God showed me the end-times (click
here
to see the history of this work), it was during the "cold war" between
the Western world and the Soviet Union. Back then Russia was part
of an evil and godless Empire. In 1991 Russia and China were enemies
who were ready to destroy each other at any moment. Back then it
seemed ridiculous to think that Russia and China would be close allies.
However, in the thirty years since then, the Soviet Union collapsed, Russia
went from being evil and godless to being a democracy and Christian.
Many Russians consider themselves a beacon of Christianity to the world.
Also, Russia and China have become close allies. Russia and China
are currently linked closely together economically plus they regularly
have joint military exercises. They went from being enemies to close
friends. Time has proven this part of the predictions made in 1991
to be accurate. From a human perspective it seemed impossible for
Russia and China to be good, but God knows what will happen in the future.
Praise God!

Once this holy Asian army reaches
Israel, they go to the place called Armageddon:
The sixth angel poured out his
bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare
the way for the kings from the East .... Then they gathered the kings together
to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
(Revelation 16:12,16) |
According to Harper's Bible Dictionary (1985), Armageddon,
also known as Megiddo, is a defensive location in Israel that is north
of Jerusalem. The Antichrist goes out to meet the Asian army at Armageddon
(Daniel 11:44). The Book of Daniel makes it especially clear that
Armageddon is the same Armageddon that is located in Israel because the
Prophet Daniel said that the Antichrist will try to protect himself from
the Asian army by making a defensive position "between the seas."
Armageddon is between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sea of Galilee:
He will exalt and magnify himself
above every god and will say unheard-of things against the God of gods
. nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all
.
But reports from the east and the north will alarm him
. He will pitch
his royal tents between the seas at the beautiful holy mountain.
Yet he will come to his end, and no one will help him.
(Daniel 11:36-37,44-45) |
The following map shows where Armageddon is:

Humans use physical weapons,
but God is all-powerful and does not need physical weapons. God will
defeat the Antichrist using confusion as a weapon! God has used confusion
as a weapon before. See these examples from the past:
... we have no power to face
this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but
our eyes are upon you [O God] .... Listen ... all who live in Judah
and Jerusalem! This is what the LORD says to you: "Do not be
afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is
not yours, but God's .... You will not have to fight this battle .... see
the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do
not be afraid; do not be discouraged .... the LORD will be with you." ....
[Then] the LORD set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount
Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. The men of
Ammon and Moab rose up against the men from Mount Seir to destroy and annihilate
them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to
destroy one another.
(2 Chronicles 20:12-23)
The Egyptians pursued them, and
all Pharaoh's horses and chariots and horsemen followed them into the sea.
During the last watch of the night the LORD looked down from the pillar
of fire and cloud at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion.
He made the wheels of their chariots come off so that they had difficulty
driving. And the Egyptians said, "Let's get away from the Israelites!
The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt."
(Exodus 14:23-25) |
God will react the same way in the future as He did
in the past. This is how God will destroy the Antichrist:
On that day men will be stricken
by the LORD with great panic. Each man will seize the hand of another,
and they will attack each other .... A similar plague will strike the horses
and mules, the camels and donkeys, and all the animals in those camps.
(Zechariah 14:13, 15)
I will summon a sword against
Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man's
sword will be against his brother.
(Ezekiel 38:21)
I will overturn royal thrones
and shatter the power of the foreign kingdoms. I will overthrow chariots
and their drivers; horses and their riders will fall, each by the sword
of his brother.
(Haggai 2:22)
... All men lie in wait to shed
blood; each hunts his brother with a net .... Now is the time of their
confusion. Do not trust a neighbor; put no confidence in a friend.
Even with her who lies in your embrace be careful of your words.
For a son dishonors his father, a daughter rises up against her mother,
a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law -- a man's enemies are the
members of his own household.
(Micah 7:2, 4-6)
... all hands will go limp, every
man's heart will melt. Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will
grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look
aghast at each other, their faces aflame.
(Isaiah 13:7-8)
"On that day, when all the nations
of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable
rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.
On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness,"
declares the LORD. "I will keep a watchful eye over the house of Judah,
but I will blind all the horses of the nations."
(Zechariah 12:3-4) |
Clearly, God will cause the Antichrist and his armies
to destroy themselves as they attempt to fight the Asian army.
This battle will be devastating.
This is what will happen during the battle. Large objects that are
on fire fall from the sky on the armies (Revelation 8:8-10). These
large objects resemble huge hailstones of about 100 pounds or 45 kilograms
each and burning sulfur (Revelation 16:21; Ezekiel 38:22). These
falling objects cause a great earthquake in Israel, and the mountains will
be overturned, the cliffs will crumble, and every wall will fall to the
ground (Ezekiel 38:19-20). These falling objects also poison many
of the rivers and springs of water, killing many people who drink this
poisonous water (Revelation 8:10-11). The soldiers' flesh will rot
while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their
sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths (Zechariah 14:12).
People are scorched with fire (Revelation 16:8-9). The fish of the
sea, birds of the air, beasts of the field, every creature that moves along
the ground, and all people on earth will tremble (Ezekiel 38:20).
There is great bloodshed in the land for a distance of about 180 miles,
or 290 kilometers (Revelation 14:20). The throne of the Antichrist
is plunged into darkness (Revelation 16:10). All people who worshiped
the Antichrist, the revived empire and the image of that government will
be tormented with burning sulfur and get ugly and painful sores (Revelation
16:2). Clouds will cover the sky, darkening the land (Isaiah 5:30;
Ezekiel 32:7-8). As a result of these clouds, the sun and moon are
darkened, and the stars no longer shine (Joel 2:10; Joel 2:31; Joel 3:15;
Isaiah 13:10; Isaiah 34:4; Ezekiel 32:7-8; Matthew 24:29; Revelation 6:12-13;
Revelation 8:12; and many others).
All of these things would occur
during a nuclear attack. Nuclear weapons produce all of the above
effects.
The Antichrist and the nations
with him will fall on the mountains of Israel, and their bodies will be
eaten by birds and wild animals (Revelation 19:17-18; Ezekiel 39:4-5).
The radiation from this nearby nuclear blast will irradiate the people
who are still in Jerusalem (Zion) and they will loose their hair and become
bald:
Therefore the Lord will bring
sores on the heads of the women of Zion; the LORD will make their scalps
bald." In that day the Lord will snatch away their finery: the bangles
and headbands and crescent necklaces .... instead of well-dressed hair,
baldness; instead of fine clothing, sackcloth; instead of beauty, branding.
(Isaiah 3:17-18, 24) |
Notice in the above verses that it is the Muslim women
who go bald because they are described as wearing crescents (crescents
are a symbol of Islam). Jews will have already fled to the valley
created by Jesus and Christians will have already been raptured, so Jews
and Christians will be protected from this radiation. The only people
still remaining in Jerusalem (Zion) will be Muslims, so the only people
who will become bald will be Muslims.
