Revival of the Empire

The bible says that the Roman Empire would be revived:

One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed.  The whole world was astonished and followed the beast.
(Revelation 13:3)

The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction.  The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because he once was, now is not, and yet will come.
(Revelation 17:8)

When Jesus returns, He will overthrow that revived empire:

... there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True .... With justice he judges and makes war .... He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God .... On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:  KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS .... Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army.  But the beast was captured, and .... thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
(Revelation 19:11, 13, 16, 19-20)

In the previous section I explained that the Ottoman Empire is the continuation of the Roman Empire.  If you have not read that section I suggest that you read it first.
Earlier I showed that the Bible says that this Empire must not fall until after Jesus returns, since that Empire will have to be in existence to battle Jesus.  Yet history books say that the Ottoman Empire was conquered by the British Empire during World War I.  As I said in an earlier section, historians often divide the past into manageable chunks.  This desire of historians to separate one time from another time can lead to divisions in history that are misleading, such as historians attempts to separate the British Empire from the Ottoman Empire.
The Ottoman Empire never fell.  It still exists today!  The Encyclopedia Britannica tells us a lot about the Ottoman Empire:

A major Muslim power that controlled south-eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa for centuries, the Ottoman Empire ... was reorganized as the republic of Turkey.
(15th edition, Micropaedia Volume VII, 1978, p. 628)

During World War I the British Empire swept through north Africa and the Middle East, pushing the Ottoman Turks back.  The Ottoman Empire got smaller and smaller as the British advanced, but when the British approached the capitol city of Constantinople, the Turks suddenly became invincible.  The British were never able to conquer Constantinople; instead the Ottoman Empire became small.  This is the "fatal wound" mentioned in Revelation chapter 13.  In the year 1921, what was left of the Ottoman Empire was re-named the state of Turkey.  Although the Ottoman "Empire" (Turkey) is very small today, it still exists!  Turkey and the Ottoman Empire have the same flag, even to this day, because they are the same.  Revelation chapter 13 says that this "fatal wound" will become healed.  I have already shown in an earlier section that the "beast" will come from Turkey.  In the near future the Ottoman Empire will regain its former prominence, and will become the "beast" prophesied in the Bible.
When I first started writing this information in the year 1991, Turkey was an insignificant country with no influence.  Back then it seemed ridiculous to think that Turkey would have any impact at all.  However today, thirty years later, Turkey is in the news every day, it has its troops in several other countries, and many African countries are now requesting that Turkey bring a revived Ottoman Empire.  The "beast" in the prophecies is already rising now.  The Ottoman Empire is already in the process of being revived.
